Mago Video Corp

Very little is known about the company "Mago Video Corp" outside of what is printed on the video covers. (see above ) The back of the box indicates that they are out of New Jersey. The videos were released in the mid 80's in the US. Marketed mainly to Spanish immigrants in the hey-day of VCR's it would seem that they produced over a hundred or so movies on home video. All are Spanish language latino culture films. The majority of which are from Spain. This month the Sideshowvideo blog chronicles some of the most sought after and collectible Mago videos. Most of which rarely appear on the Internet. The post don't place the films in any specific order. I grouped videos of specific directors like Jess Franco consecutively. The labels attached to each post will group similar videos. These videos are extremely difficult to find. The majority are still NOT available on DVD.
